We design and sell our products with care. Kraftsman is committed to ensuring every item arrives in the best possible condition and accompanies our customers for as long as possible. If you purchased our products through a third-party e-commerce platforms, please follow their return policies directly.

If you are not satisfied with your Kraftsman product purchased from our website, you may be eligible to return it within 30 days of receiving your shipment for a refund of the product purchase price or a replacement, subject to the terms below.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your order must meet all of the following conditions:

  1. The item was purchased directly from our official website;
  2. The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery (unless local law provides a longer period);
  3. The item is in original conditionunused, unassembled, with all packaging, documentation, and accessories included;
  4. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please contact support@kraftsman.com to obtain a return authorization, return shipping label, and detailed instructions on how to send your package. Returns sent without an authorized RA may not be accepted.

The return authorization is valid for 14 calendar days from the date it is issued. The package must be shipped within this period unless otherwise required by local law.

Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.

In accordance with consumer protection laws in many regions (e.g., EU Consumer Rights Directive, UK Consumer Rights Act, and Australian Consumer Law), we will cover return shipping costs for products delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, except where prohibited by local law:

  • Individual attachments or components included with a product (e.g., mixer parts, splash guards) when not sold separately.
  • Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or otherwise disclosed as non-returnable at purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, except where required by local consumer protection laws or in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

Regional Consumer Rights

Local consumer protection laws in your country or region may provide additional rights that cannot be limited by this policy. This includes, for example:

  • The EU 14-day withdrawal right (cooling-off period)
  • The UK Consumer Rights Act
  • The Australian Consumer Law

Where such laws apply, those rights take precedence over any conflicting terms in this policy.

Language and Policy Interpretation

If this policy is translated into multiple languages, and any discrepancies arise, the English version shall prevail.
